St.Patrick’s day.

These days our school has been celebrating St.Patrick’s day. A well-known Irish festival, that takes place on March 17th, when everything is green. This colour represents the spring and Ireland, also called the “Emerald Isle”.

St. Patrick’s day has increased the cultural awareness of our students, they have learned more about English language and Irish traditions. It goes without saying that now they know the amazing legend of Leprechauns. If you catch one, he will lead you to his pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

In addition, we were glad to have the collaboration of an Irish woman who shared with us how they celebrate this day. The finishing touch was our photocall, in which teachers took pictures of students wearing green clothes.
